185.....and counting...

It is cold and windy out there today. I wish I was in my little house in Kingsboro with the wood stove packed and pumping out that nice warm wood heat.

I am heading over to Costco in a bit..stocking up a bit. The girlies are coming for dinner I think. Chelsey called last night and if all goes as hoped they will be here. I'm thinking Chili and corn bread might be a hit on a cold night.

I will start taking down the Christmas stuff tomorrow. Following my mothers tradition of putting Christmas away before the New Year.

The workers are here at the house again today. But it is "quiet" work now.. They are re plastering the walls that they tore down..Go figure..

Last night I sent some of my friends a video in celebration of the New Year and it sent off a chain-reaction of sorts. Now there are 5 of us that are going into NYC in April to go to see MAMMA MIA on Broadway..and spend the weekend in NYC.. The 5 crazy ladies will be.. Margie, Me, Susan, Linda Rankin( from Cape Breton her first trip to NYC) and Charmaine Winstad ( from Wisconsin).. The plan is that we ( me Susan and Linda) will train into Grand Central..and meet Margie and Charmaine..head off and have some fun.. Go to the play on Friday night.. Sleep at Margie's place in New Jersey..then head back into Manhattan on Saturday for more site seeing.Club a bit of Saturday night or maybe see another play..Then home Sunday afternoon....The weekend is planned for April 23rd..So if you are planning on being in the city then WATCH OUT FOR 5 CRAZY LADIES..I really hope this all works out!!!

Aside from that nothing else is happening. So I have to get going my friends.. Out into the cold windy day. I'll just pretend I'm driving into Charlottetown..
